Terms of service
Services I offer:
- custom art
- profile pictures
- banners
- simple animations
- reference sheets of your characters
- static or animated PNG models (for VTuber or TTS)
- static and animated emotes for social media platforms (such as Twitch and Discord)
- simple graphic design work (logo, static stream overlay, panels for Twitch), etc.I will draw:
- original characters or in-game characters
- fanart
- ship art
- humanoid characters
- furry / anthroI won’t draw:
- heavy mecha or armor design
- vehicles
- NSFW
General Terms of Service:
By ordering any commission you are agreeing to the following terms of service, violation of these terms can result in a ban from placing any further orders in the future.- If I feel commission is not suitable with my style or outside of my skill range, I have the right to decline.- Payments are upfront and done through Ko-Fi and PayPal invoices before I do any work. You can pay full price right away or pay first half for the rough sketch and pay the rest to see the artwork finished. No refunds.- All payments must be sent within 48 hours after the invoice is sent or you will be notified that you have lost a slot and it will go to the next client.- It may take up to 1 or 2 weeks to complete the commission (depending on the amount of work, it may take longer). I will make sure to contact you if there are any delays.- I may stream the process of making your commission, unless specified not to stream it.- References for art of original characters are mandatory. I need to see what characters themselves look like, no wordy paragraphs. If commission involves someone else’s characters make sure they are okay with it first.- During the commission process I will send you low resolution or watermarked work in progress at the sketch stage. Once sketch stage is approved I will continue to work on line art and base color where you will receive another low resolution or watermarked work in progress for a preview before completing the final piece.- Upon completion I will send a link to a Google Drive containing the files or request an email to send the full files too.- Commissions ordered without commercial fees CANNOT be used commercially. If you would like to use commissions ordered without commercial fees for commercial use at later dates then you can come back to pay them separately.- Make sure to credit my work.- Do NOT recolor or heavily edit my art without permission, this included "finishing" or coloring WIPs or black and white commissions.
Any work I produce, including commercial art, under any circumstances is not permitted to be used for non-refundable tokens. Use of any of my artwork for advertising or profits associated with cryptocurrency, AI Art or NFTs is strictly prohibited.For more information send me DM on Twitter and Instagram or send me an email.
